Everything starts with a short 10-15 minute call where we listen to your situation and expectations. If we believe you need medical or psychological support instead, we say so openly.
No special preparation is needed: a quiet room, a comfortable position and an uninterrupted 30-60 minutes are enough.
At the agreed time we connect by phone. With breath and relaxation, the intention is first to calm and disperse the negative load, then to let the body settle with positive, balancing energy. Some clients describe warmth, tingling or deep relaxation; others simply feel calm. Every experience is valid.
We close with a short review. In the first 24-48 hours we recommend plenty of water and rest. A follow-up is planned only if needed.
