Seen through my eyes as a bioenergy practitioner, however, this picture describes a soul and an energy field that have lost their balance under an unbearable spiritual burden. What is star elevation?
People often associate the term with astrology or the positions of the planets. From the perspective of bioenergy, however, your star represents the vitality and vibration of the protective energy field we call the aura. The remote session: what should you do during it?
The most comfortable part of this process is that everything is conducted entirely remotely, by phone. In terms of energy transmission there is no difference between sitting beside me and being on the other side of the world. The session takes place over a phone connection at a pre-arranged time. What is asked of you is very simple:
- Choose a quiet room: a place where you will not be interrupted and feel safe. Soft light and a comfortable temperature help you settle.
- Let your body rest: lean back in an armchair or lie on your back. The only rule: keep your arms and legs uncrossed and your body completely relaxed.
- Do not worry — there is no pain: nothing physical happens during this process. Everything unfolds on the spiritual and energetic level; your part is simply to breathe calmly and let your mind step away from the day's rush.
After the session: a spiritual prescription of protective verses
With us, contact does not end when the session does. Especially those in whom we detect heavy loads are never left to fend for themselves. After the work is completed, I share a personal spiritual prescription to keep the protection alive: protective surahs and verses to read regularly, morning and evening. When your own daily, heartfelt prayers are added on top of the cleansing work I perform, the peace and balance gained can begin to take lasting root.
