Data processed and purposes

Name, phone, e-mail, city and message content you provide via the contact form, review form, phone or WhatsApp are processed to respond to you, deliver counseling and session services and — with your approval — publish your review. Technical server-log data is kept for site security.

Legal basis and transfers

Processing relies on "operations requested by the data subject" and "legitimate interest" under Art. 5 KVKK. Data is not transferred to third parties. No advertising or profiling takes place.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as the purpose requires, subject to statutory limitation periods, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (Art. 11 KVKK)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or destruction, and claim compensation for damages. Requests to info@oktayalpaydin.com.tr are answered within 30 days.

Is there a fee for applications?

No. Applications under KVKK are free of charge.

Is my data transferred abroad?

No. Your data is neither transferred abroad nor shared with third parties.
